The Miami-Dade Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department required the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering inspections to five (5) marina sites:

• Matheson Hammock Marina
• Herbert Hoover Marina
• Black Point Marina
• Crandon Park Marina
• Haulover Marina

CPM provided visual inspection of all electrical and mechanical components within the inspection limits of each marina including power and lighting systems, water, sewer and fire protection systems. A report of all electrical and mechanical deficiencies was developed with picture and diagrams of the location of each deficiency. In addition, a cost estimate to mitigate the electrical or mechanical deficiencies was developed to determine course of action.
