Technical Plans Review Services for Private Development Water and Sewer Connections

CPM presently provides technical support to Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (“WASD”) in connection with plans reviews and connections needed for private developments. More specifically, CPM provides specialized resources to assist in reviewing existing and proposed infrastructure, determining the point of connections according to hydraulic basis, WASD rules and regulations and WASD standards and specifications, and coordinating with WASD divisions, external agencies and engineers as necessary. Scope of work also includes reviewing proposed water and sewer plans against existing and proposed private infrastructure to verify and coordinate that the design is acceptable and in compliance with WASD rules and regulations, standards and specifications and applicable codes and others.
