Eduardo Torres, P.E.

Mr. Torres is a Professional Engineer with seventeen (17) years of experience in construction projects for the private and government clients. Mr. Torres has been responsible for the management of commercial, residential, institutional and public infrastructure projects totaling over $250 million of investment. Currently, Mr. Torres serves as Senior Technical and Project Manager in CPM taking the lead on engagements in Florida and is part of the technical advisory team serving Miami-Dade County in its New Civil and Probate Courthouse P3 Project. Mr. Torres has international experience having served as a Project and Construction Manager in Panama City, Panama, where he handled multiple social infrastructure and private projects.
